Application Documents
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank pages and its photocopy
- Two (02) visa application forms completely filled out by computer by the applicant, dated and signed.
- 2 biometric photos taken within the last 6 months (white background)
- Full civil registration record
- Invitation letter from the company in Algeria (on letterhead, stamped and signed by the municipality or chamber of commerce)
- Assignment letter from the Turkish company (on letterhead, stamped and signed)
- Photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette (for Turkish company)
- Photocopy of tax plate (for Turkish company)
- Photocopy of signature circular (for Turkish company)
- Photocopy of activity certificate (must be up to date)
Employees with SSI (SGK):
- 4A SSI service record (e-Government barcoded)
- SSI employment declaration (e-Government barcoded)
- Last 3 months payslips (stamped and signed)
A business visa is required for those wishing to engage in commercial activities, attend business meetings, or visit fairs in Algeria. This visa type may vary depending on the duration of business trips.
The invitation letter must clearly state the purpose, duration of the trip, and who will cover the expenses.
NOTE: Documents that are unclear or taken with a phone are INVALID.
Important Points to Note
- Algerian visa applications are usually processed within 2 – 3 business days. However, this period may be extended depending on consulate workload.
- The approval or rejection of the visa is entirely at the discretion of the Algerian Consulate.
- It is strongly advised not to make airline ticket, hotel, or tour bookings before your visa application is finalized.
